Free to mint. Worth nothing on day one. The only thing that carves it is showing up and being right.
Identity comes from your address and never changes: the proportions, the jitter of the cut edge, the angle it was pressed at. Everything else has to be earned.
Skill desaturates the ink. A seal cannot advertise a record its holder does not have, which is the one thing this project cannot ship.
500 exist. Transferable, so it can carry a floor. Earned, not claimed: lock a call on 14 separate days inside the first 30. There is no way to buy your way to one at mint, because the only input is turning up.
A minted seal reads its record from settlement, never from inputs. This panel exists so you can see the range.
Both tokens need GenzaiSeal.sol deployed to Base plus an ERC-721 and an onchain renderer. Nothing here is minted yet.
Deterministic SVG from address and record. Already the same code path a token would use for metadata.
The hanko should not be transferable or a record becomes purchasable. The Founding Seal should be. That split is a decision, not a default.
